Meet Our Manual Physios

Let us guide you to function better day to day without pain medication or surgery.

Each Physiotherapist applies their knowledge of anatomy, movement and pain science through use  of manual techniques. They create an individualized plan for you to implement as you physically challenge and support your body to create strength and resilience.

Some techniques used: Mckenzie Method, Mulligan Techniques, Maitland Concept and Osteopathic techniques (Travell Trigger Point, Counterstrain and Craniosacral)

Osteopathic Medicine was pioneered by A.T. Still who believed that the Musculoskeletal system was a key part of health, and that manipulation could help return the body to health.
